In most cases we can offer no win no fee for employees which means that we only charge if we get a financial payout for you.

How to get help:
The first step is for you to make contact with us with details about your case. Email is often the best way to make initial contact so that you can set out the full details of your case. If we accept your case on a no win no fee basis no other fees are payable for our services unless we obtain a payout for you.

Our costs:
Our fees for success are significantly less than most other no win no fee firms. For most cases our fees, if we obtain a payout for you, range from 20%-30% plus GST (the exact percentage will be discussed and agreed with you up front). Most other firms charge you more than 33% plus a large flat fee plus GST. We also offer low fixed rate costs for all types of employment law cases and this is available for both employers and employees.

Assistance New Zealand wide:
No win no fee is available for clients anywhere in New Zealand.

In addition to no win no fee, we also offer a competitive hourly rate and fixed rate fees.
