Employment Meetings

We are experts in employment disciplinary meetings. We have attended hundreds. No matter what the issue is, almost all of our clients have their problem resolved at the time of the meeting. For some clients this means a successful exit negotiation (on the spot), for others it means a clear employment record with no warning on file, and for others it means that they are able to continue to work with their employer without the issues that have been causing problems for them. We always gain a good understanding of our clients’ needs and settlement priorities before the meeting so that we can steer the meeting towards the outcome you need.

For most employment meetings we are able to offer a fixed rate. Our fixed rate ensures that you have no nasty financial surprises and it includes: travel, preparation, attendance at the meeting (no matter how long it lasts), GST, and any incidental matters afterwards. For most Auckland based employment meetings our fixed rate is $500 - $1,000.

We are Auckland based, however, we are able to help anywhere in New Zealand.
