We are experts in employment mediations. We have attended hundreds. Almost all of our cases settle at mediation, saving our clients the cost and stress of having to take their case further in order to get justice.

For most mediations we are able to offer a fixed rate. Our fixed rate ensures that you have no nasty financial surprises and it includes: travel, preparation, attendance at mediation (no matter how long it lasts), GST, and any incidental matters afterwards. For most mediations our fixed rate is $1,000 - $2,000 (including GST but excluding out of Auckland travelling costs)
We are Auckland based, however, we are able to attend mediations anywhere in New Zealand. Because we will negotiate a fixed rate with you, even for mediations outside of Auckland, having us attend with you can often be more cost effective than using someone local.
We know how stressful it can be dealing with an employment dispute so it’s important to us to be able to help people at short notice, if we can.
